Samsoe – the Island in the heart of Denmark.

When you take a map of Denmark and fold it both ways, you will see that Samsoe lies in the heart of Denmark – in harmony with the earth, wind, sky and sea.

Something fascinating happens when you are on an island. You become automatically centred and present – as there is nowhere else to go.

The vision for Oneness Center Samsoe

The vision for Oneness Center Samsø is to become a place where adults and children come together in experiencing freedom, clarity and unconditional joy. A power place in the process of enlightenment. A place of awakening for thousands of people from all over Europe. A place where Presence is flowing in abundance. A place where there is time and space for spiritual development and deepening – also after the quantum leap into permanent inner freedom. A place where love of life and creativity unfold in many different ways – playing, learning, painting, singing, dancing, writing, working, cooking and much more. It is a spiritual community where workshops are developed and conducted with participants from all over the world.

A little about Samsoe

It is hardly a coincidence that Samsø has been praised as the “Pearl of Kattegat” or “a jewel in the Crown of Denmark”, as many have lost their heart to the island. So have we.

Samsø is like a miniature Denmark – a main land with small islands. The island is 30 km long and 7 km wide on the widest spot. You can find all Danish landscapes here – hills from the ice age, woods, coastlines, moors, fields, meadows, lakes, and fiords – weaved together beautifully.

Present times professional seers, futurologists, predicted some years ago that time, peace and unspoiled nature would soon become some of the things that modern man would put on top of their list of priorities. Perhaps that explains why the island has attracted many writers, songwriters, poets, artists and other creative people. Moreover Samsø is Denmark’s Renewable energy island and is already self-sufficient and exporting renewable energy. Several projects have received international awards and acclaim.

Where is Oneness Center Samsoe situated?

Between Besser Reef and Besser town lays Oneness Center Samsø (see red dot on the map above) – at the end of a dirt road with 200 m to the nearest neighbour. The farm is situated 500 m from the sea and 400 m from the beautiful reservation of Stavns Fiord, with it’s many small mysterious islands. It was named “the bay of love” by the Vikings in ancient times. The farm has three measures of land, a small pond, beautiful old trees and a park-like garden. The mythical Besser Reef is about a 10 minute walk away.
